6 ways to reduce anxiety during the recruitment process

We are always looking at ways to support candidates through the recruitment process. Whether they’re looking to join GS or applying for one of our client’s roles, it’s important to acknowledge how much the process can cause and heighten anxiety, and for us to do as much as we can to help reduce it in collaboration with the candidate.

We spoke to Bhav Vadgama, Head of Talent Acquisition at GatenbySanderson, about the ways she and our HR team work with candidates and support their mental health and wellbeing.

You can hear from Bhav herself, as she shares 6 ways to reduce anxiety during the recruitment process:

We encourage all candidates to disclose anything that might cause them anxiety through the recruitment process and we are able to make a range of reasonable adjustments to suit your needs. We are also a Disability Confident Employer, and uphold our commitments to disabled candidates: inclusive and accessible recruitment, communicating vacancies, offering an interview to disabled people, providing reasonable adjustments, and supporting existing employees.

Please ask your GS contact about what’s possible when exploring or applying for a role at GS or with one of our clients.
