Our vision is that all young people acquire the academic, social and practical skills to lead a successful and fulfilling life and we are determined to become the Trust that makes the biggest difference. You will be experienced in strategic financial management and partnership building, with an ability to engage credibly with our OAT Principals, the DfE and other external stakeholders, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who brings drive, energy, charisma and commitment to lead the vision for the Trust.
