We have a substantial and well-established development programme and an excellent financial and geographic operating environment, and we are now exploring opportunities to make the best use of our existing landholdings.  Specifically, we are seeking to identify opportunities for us to develop partnerships with a range of stakeholders including Homes England, local authorities, land agents, developers and other key strategic partners. 

We are recruiting to the role of Senior Programme Manager - Development, reporting to our Executive Director of Development and Sales, to lead on all aspects of external funding programme management, maintain good relationships with our funders (particularly Homes England) and lead and manage the Programme Team who provide comprehensive support and system improvement to the wider Development team.

You should be an ambitious, ‘can do’ individual with a strong commercial skill set; as well as experienced in leading on the engagement, collaboration and bid management with funding partners. You will have had exposure to a wide range of development programmes including land-led schemes and joint ventures and, as an experienced professional, you will have a detailed understanding of the housing development market.
