Interim Senior Programme Lead – NHS Provider, North of England – Start ASAP – 12 Month Duration - Hybrid Working – 8C FTC or Day Rate – Inside IR35

We are seeking an Interim Senior Programme Lead – Wholly Owned Subsidiaries (Pharmacy) for our client, an NHS Provider based in the North of England. The role is looking to start as soon as possible, no later than the end of September, and will be for a duration of an initial 12 months. The role will ideally be performed on a full-time basis, although a 4 day working week can be considered, and the Trust have a hybrid model of working in place. In terms of remuneration, this role falls inside IR35 and is at an 8C level, on a day rate or Fixed Term Contract.

The Job Role – Reporting to the Chief Pharmacist, this position would be focusing on:

  • Establishing a Wholly Owned Subsidiary for pharmacy services at the Trust
  • Overseeing the TUPE process of staff
  • Procurement and tendering oversight for the operation

The Person – Our client is looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in setting up a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. It would also be beneficial to have experience working in the Pharmacy sector previously. Finally, our client is looking for someone with a Masters qualification in a relevant or subject or equivalent experience.
