Our client, a high profile University based in the South of England are looking to appoint an Interim Associate Director of Hubs & Taught Student Administration for a period of 6 months.

This role will have the responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and development of all elements of the student experience, which manage student administration and coordinate the extracurricular student facing provision at the University.

The postholder will define the strategic plan in respect to providing the first point of contact for all student queries and their  taught student administration. The strategic plan will be developed in line with the University strategy, and the postholder will convert the plan into effective localised delivery through the communication of clear business objectives, implementation of effective business processes and a clear analysis of student needs to deliver the strategic direction for the division.

The postholder will be required to work in close partnership with the Faculties and Heads of Professional Services to raise the profile of student hub and taught administration functions and set the direction for a quality student experience.

This role does require someone to have the relevant experience within a University setting, in leading a Student Administration function, strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role as well as complex stakeholder engagement skills.
