Interim Head of Resourcing – NHS Provider, South of England – Start ASAP – 12 Months – Band 8b, Inside IR35

We are currently working with our Client, an NHS Provider based in the South of England, who are looking for an Interim Head of Resourcing to support them following a company restructure.

The role is looking to start as soon as possible and will be for a circa of 12 months (for those interested - this role does have the capability to become temp to perm too). The Interim Head of Resourcing role will ideally be performed on a full-time basis, although a 4-day working week can be considered. In terms of remuneration, this role falls inside IR35 and is at a band 8B level, on either a day rate or Fixed Term Contract. In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to be on site weekly, although most of the role can be conducted remotely.

The Job Role – The post-holder would be responsible for three managers and will take leadership for the recruitment strategy and any operational support.  The successful Interim Head of Resourcing will need to develop a recruitment and retention strategy.

The Person – Our Client is looking for someone with proven work experience gained in a similar sector or at a similar level. Previous NHS experience is not essential, but stakeholder management experience is required.
