Our client, a leading research charity based in the South East, are looking to appoint an Interim Director of People & OD.  The ideal candidate will be available to start mid to late February, on a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have experience of fulfilling interim HRD roles as the most senior HR/OD leader in an organisation. They must have recent experience of working within the charities & not for profit sector. They should be experienced in managing a highly effective, customer-focused people team, and be personally confident in providing advice and support on all people-related matters to internal Directors and Senior leaders within the organisation.
