We are working with a statutory body to help them appoint a Director of Transformation for a 2 year fixed term.
The successful candidate will be leading the delivery of a transformation programme covering people, organisational design, processes, and technology.
The post-holder will play a significant strategic role in the organisation, working closely with the Board and the Executive.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record leading large-scale transformation and change programmes from start to finish.
