We are currently working with an NHS trust who are looking for an Interim Wellbeing Manager to start immediately for a duration of 4-6 months. This is a full-time role and will be on a Fixed Term Contract at the top end of Band 8a, inside IR35. The role can be conducted remotely in the most part, with occasional days on site in the East of England.
They are ideally looking for a candidate with a background in the NHS and experience in employee Wellbeing. The successful candidate will report into the Deputy Director or Workforce and will work closely with their outsourced Occupational Health Team.
