Immediate Start – 9 months contract


A new opportunity for an Interim Head of Digital to come in as a strategic leader with the ability to successfully lead a team and establish shared culture and processes and manage the delivery of digital services by a range of third-party suppliers, ensuring that the procurement and ongoing management of out of house development services are compliant with company guidelines.


The ideal candidate must be able to get to grips quickly with our clients current position in terms of their digital footprint but also where they want to be and have experience of handling large amounts of sensitive data and risk management.


The tasks for this role include:

o         Leading partnership arrangements with other careers-focused digital suppliers, to explore and agree a variety of integration opportunities for the benefit of young people.

o         Shaping the growth of the Digital team, actively engaged in on-boarding new recruits and developing methodology and best practice.

o         Advising on the long-term strategy, structures, and relationships to embed digital products within the organisation’s broader mission.

o         Leading, building and motivating dynamic teams ensuring a collective shared vision to deliver digital change and transformation for the future.
