A Northern City Council are seeking an Interim Programme Manager to assist with the implementation of a new way of working programme. The ideal candidate will be an experienced programme manager and innovative thinker. The duties/key requirements for the role are:
- Experienced Programme Manager to pull together the programme of transformation relating to new ways of working post pandemic.
- Drawing together separate HR/OD, ICT and Estates projects into a single programme for the whole workforce.
- Supporting the Deputy Director of HROD to develop and embed the future ways of working strategy across the Organisation.
- Have experience of working on similar transformation projects (agile working, OD/Estates)
