Our client seeks an Assistant Director of Training and Professional Development. The role is expected to be for at least six months.
We are looking for someone with a track record improving or transforming Training and Development functions. Applicants should have a clear understanding of the key issues involved in managing training and development. The ideal candidate will have high level understanding of the challenges in leading and managing complex public sector organisations.
The purpose of the role is to review the current departmental strategy and to ensure it is equipped to meet the organisation’s strategic objectives. The post holder will provide leadership to the department and will play a full leadership role within the organisation’s People Board.
Day rate £550 inside IR35.
