We are working with a National Organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Programme Director for an OD and Change Project that they are looking to undertake over the next 12 months.
The Job Role - The post will report directly into the CEO, advising on implementation and delivery strategies and support the executive team in driving change throughout the organisation, you would also work closely with other members of the Board. The successful incumbent will be required to undertake an OD review that will ultimately complement their long term, ambitious strategy. Thereafter you would lead on the creation of a new organisational structure, embed recommendations from the OD review, as well as designing and delivering a change programme to support the above.
The Person- Suitable candidates for this role should be seasoned, qualified HR professionals with a wealth of experience and expertise specifically within OD and Change. In addition, we are ideally looking for candidates with experience of undertaking similar contracts in both the private and public sector. Lastly, candidates should have strong leadership and influencing skills, a focus on customer service and the ability to contribute to senior level decisions in a high performing organisation.
Hours and Location- Suitable candidates should be available to start work in the next month or two on a full time basis. Initially the role will be based from home, but as lock down measures ease there will be the requirement to go to site more regularly and in due course, possibly 2 days a week or so.
Budget/Salary – Our client has confirmed that this role could sit outside of IR35 and will consider both fixed term contract or day rate which will be competitive.
