Our client, a leading Social Housing provider, are looking for an experienced Interim Director of Operations who has a solid track record in delivering Home Care services. You must have experience of delivering high quality services for home care provisions from a social housing setting. You will be part of the senior leaderships team that delivers across central England, have the responsibility of leading/maintaining the financial position of this service, and ensuring that Compliance and Quality guidelines are also maintained too. This will be for a period of 6 months and will be delivered remotely, so evidencing how you have delivered this type of role remotely and successfully is key. It will be an immediate start, based on a fixed term contract pro rate salary. You must have either or and Social Housing, Private Provider Home Care experience for this role.
