We are currently searching for an Interim Head of Workforce Modelling and Intelligence (equivalent Band 8d/9 day rate) to work for around 3 months due to increased workload.  It is likely that this role will extend due to workload in response from Covid.  The Vaccine Cell is the emergency programme set up in response to the need to roll out the Government’s Covid-19 vaccine programme to the British population, run by NHS England & Improvement and the Department of Health and Social Care, with support from the MOD.  It constitutes staff redeployed from all of those organisations, plus additional staff drafted onto the programme on fixed term contracts and via external management consultancies.

Ideally, our client needs someone who can start work ASAP (or early in the new year) and preferably candidates need to be available to work full time, or 4 days per week as a minimum. This role can be conducted completely remotely in the most part.  They are ideally looking for a candidate with experience of data analysis functions. Someone with good, strong technical data skills and the ability to turn information into meaningful outputs that can make business informed decisions.

In order to apply for this position, please submit an up to date copy of your CV that supports the criteria set out in the person specification as well as your contact details, availability and desired rate.  Due to the number of applications we are currently receiving for roles, we will only be in contact with candidates who meet the required criteria to discuss the role further.
