My client, an NHS Provider are seeking an Interim Staff Wellbeing, Development and Mobilisation Programme Lead to work with them for around 3 months.
Our client is ideally looking for someone to start asap but they could consider someone on a full or part time basis. This role will be predominantly remote working.
My client are ideally looking for a candidate operating at a senior level to focus on the development of a staff wellbeing and support service dedicated to providing a tiered mental and psychological wellbeing model. You will be required to develop the model and business case and develop a mobilisation plan, and experience of establishing this previously will be required.
The role is set at band 8c / 8d but my client are flexible on budget and day rate depending on the level that the successful candidate is used to working at.
