Associate Director of Organisational Development - Health and Social Care Sector
Our client are looking for a candidate who has previously operated at Associate Director level to focus on the development of a strategic Organisational Development programme. Someone who has a track record of developing and delivering through external partners and/or internal capacity on large scale organisational development/improvement programmes, ideally within the health and social care sectors. The post-holder will have excellent organisational and programme leadership skills, together with knowledge and understanding of core organisational development and improvement methodology. A level of financial and procurement knowledge and experience is also required.
We are looking to fill this position ASAP and the role is expected to run for 6 months, at band 8d/9d level. Both full and part time candidates will be considered for this role, and the location is remote.
