Interim Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking 3x experienced HR Business Partners for our client, an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Care.
The interims will work with the Senior Business Partners on day to day operations, as well as being required to work unsupervised with senior colleagues who have broad experience in complex case work. This may also include coaching, working with the senior team, moving forward D & I initiatives, general employee relations and change management etc.
This role is around the Band 8B/8C level and we are looking for candidates who are immediately available to begin work. The role is expected to be entirely remote and run through to the end of March 2021. The client is open to considering candidates from a mixed public sector background.
