Interim Associate Director – Operations – Band 8d – North West – Start ASAP – 3 months +

We are currently supporting an Acute Provider in the North West of England who are looking for a strong, experienced Interim AD who can assist them with the smooth running of their day to day operations on one of their Hospital sites whilst the Trusts Directors begin to focus on key objectives around Covid recovery.

Predominantly the role will focus on supporting clinical teams in the management of the site, identifying solutions to new challenges (faced as a consequence of adapting to Covid 19), ensuring good flow from the emergency department, critical care areas and assessment wards as well as supporting patient admission for those coming in for elective surgery.

Initially the role is for 3 months, however, it is likely that it will extend beyond this for the right candidate. The day rate will be competitive in line with similar Interim roles at this level and will be subject to IR35 regulations.

In order to apply for this role, candidates should have similar solid, proven work experience at a Senior Level within other Acute Trusts.  Additionally, as there will be a large amount of problem solving and solutions focused work with clinical teams, ideally our client would like candidates to have a clinical background with either a nursing or other allied health professional qualification. It is also imperative that the successful candidate has excellent relationship building skills as well as the ability to influence and build professional credibility.

How to Apply

In order to apply for this role, please submit an up to date copy of your CV that supports the criteria set out in the person specification as well as your contact details, availability and desired rate.   Due to the number of applications we are currently receiving for roles, we will only be in contact with candidates who meet the required criteria to discuss the role further.
