A joint venture with a London Borough and has created a new and innovative development company that will change the way health and social care services are delivered in the borough. It is the first such partnership between a local authority and an NHS body in the country.  The newly established company is acquiring, building and developing new facilities to deliver integrated health and social care and housing for sector workers across the Borough. This means that GP services will be offered at centres alongside a range of community health, social care, out of hospital and a variety of clinical services.

The Company has a significant emerging development programme comprising acquisitions, new builds and some possible refurbishments. Some of the sites are contained within larger regeneration areas with schemes and there will be a requirement for liaison with regeneration/housing teams/consultants/design teams. Other sites will be developed by third party developers with a requirement to shape the health estate component. The Company’s first site at has been constructed and the successful candidate will lead the client- side work. liaising with and running teams of consultants/liaising with tenants to appoint a facilities provider and ensure a smooth opening of the site in December 2020.

This role will be Initially a 6 month contract which has the potential to be extended. Open to discuss candidates on the basis of 3 -5 days a week (c£500). Please find the full JD attached and reply with your CV in word format if you are interested.
