Interim Senior Medical Workforce Lead– Competitive Day Rate (around band 8A level) – Merseyside – 6 months+
GatenbySanderson are currently partnering with an NHS Trust in the North West of England in their search for a Senior Medical Workforce Manager. This is an exciting opportunity that will see the successful candidate reporting into the Deputy Director of Workforce and specifically delivering project plans in line with the organisations Workforce Strategy.

- A CIPD qualification
- Solid, proven work experience from a similar role within the NHS
- Experience of leading and delivering on project plans
- Substantial knowledge and work experience within Medical Staffing.
