We are seeking an interim Head of People for a NfP organisation. As a member of the senior management team, the Head of People leads on developing and delivering people and change strategies that support saha’s Target Operating Model and transforming lives mission. It is responsible for ensuring specialist expertise is provided to the Executive and Senior Management Team in the development of a new culture, including all aspects of organisational change and development. Key responsibilities and will include but not be limited to working with the team to improve:
- HR & OD Management
- Finance, Budget and Resources
- Performance Management and reporting
- People Management
This position will be c£550 and suit someone looking for a HR Transformation role with knowledge of social housing.
