Interim Senior HR Business Partner – Yorkshire – Competitive day rate

 

We are seeking an Interim Senior HR Generalist on behalf of our Client, an NHS Provider in the Yorkshire area who are currently looking for Interim support as soon as possible for 3-6 months whilst their Trust goes through a period of change and therefore needs additional support at a Senior Management level within their HR Department.

 

The Job Role – This role will involve (but not be limited to) supporting the HR Director at the Trust in managing some of the HR team (including HR Business Partners), overseeing the smooth running of all Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and sickness casework as well as undertaking policy implementation. It may also involve undertaking other HR/OD work as required.

The roles is likely to be inside of IR35 scope, however, the client is willing to have a conversation about a competitive day rate.

 

The Person – The ideal candidate for this role will be CIPD qualified and have solid, proven HR and Employee Relations experience gained from a public sector background. It would also be ideal if those applying have strong people management experience, be an adept communicator who possess excellent leadership skills.
