Interim Director of HR
Our client, a leading Social Housing organisation based in the Midlands, are looking to appoint an Interim Director of HR & OD for an initial period of three months with the view to extend. You MUST have recent Social Housing, ideally with expertise in delivering change and transformation post merger of two organisations.
You will also be tasked with the day to day management and delivery of the HR function and motivate and manage the newly created team. This role will be an immediate start, and will be inscope of the IR35 regulations.
