We are seeking an Interim Senior Manager to lead a team who make legally binding decisions on a wide range of services for both consumers and businesses.  You’ll be supporting your team to deliver on commitments and be analysing performance data to ensure productivity and quality targets are met with maximum efficiency.  The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to provide support and also influence senior members of staff through a period of change.  Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Review and improve the service your team delivers
  • Actively managing the day to day service delivery
  • Provide excellent leadership Meeting time and budget constraints

This role is inside IR35 and day rate will be dependent on experience.
