A Midlands-based housing association is seeking an Interim Director of Development for an immediate start.  The post-holder will be responsible for producing financial appraisals, overseeing the effective management of integrated management systems, the drafting and implementation of development strategy and procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with partner organisations. 

Recent experience as a Development Director in a social housing organisation is essential.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working on large scale development programmes, a thorough understanding and track record with the Homes England funding cycle. The successful candidate will be credible at board-level, with the leadership skills and experience.
