Reward and Strategy Consultant
A Regulatory organisation in the North East are seeking an interim Reward and Strategy Consultant to do a piece of strategic / cross-cutting work focused on reward and recognition. This work will be more about recognition and broader reward and benefits, for example, what other rewards can be put in place that aren’t ‘pay remit’ tied, maybe something like a voucher scheme, instant recognition schemes, reinstating an awards process – and the resourcing challenges that include recruitment and retention allowances. In this position you give advise on:
- Pay- benefits reward and recognition
- Medium - long term strategy
- Recruitment & retention
- Creative and innovative ways to look at employee recognition
This would be consultative piece of work that will not always require 5 days a week but would suit someone looking for flexible working, it is initially for a 6 month period with possible additional adhoc work after this period. The day rate is c£500 outside IR35.
