Interim HR Business Partner and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager
A London Borough are seeking an Interim HR Business Partner and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to ensure the successful delivery of strategic HR services across a service/ business area(s) enabling the department (and the council) to deliver its business objectives. You will at times be required to provide cover for the Senior HR Business Partner as well as other Business Partners in the team as required. You will play a key role in delivering service improvements engaging with a variety of stakeholders in the process ensuring that you are constantly challenging and devising new and improved ways to deliver business improvement and value for money across designated business groups. You will work closely with service departments and the specialist HR teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the service to the agreed SLA’s and PI’s together with the associated service performance reporting. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- To contribute to the overall strategic management and development of the Human Resources service providing specialism(s) in a particular service area/function.
- To provide a professional strategic HR service to directors and service managers meeting identified needs whilst supporting continuous improvement in people and organisation change and development. This will include provision of sound advice and support with service and culture change, embedding best employment practice, learning and OD, innovation in recruitment, selection and talent etc.
- Liaise with the specialist HR teams to prepare reports/MI data for a range of forums including staff groups, service managers and strategic and directorate management teams.
This job is inside IR35 c£400 for 3 months and the closing date is Wednesday 28th August at 10am.
