Interim Property Manager

An ambitious London Borough are seeking an Interim Property Manager. Driven by culture and the innate creativity of the residents, they have developed new and innovative ways to build communities and increase social cohesion.  In this role you will  finalise and manage the execution and successful delivery of strategic asset management plan and the associated implementation plan within prescribed timescales and agreed budget, you will be involved in the appointment and management of multi-disciplinary consultant teams where required to support the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) implementation plan. As Property Manager you will co-ordinate the technical, FM  and construction representation on all aspects associated and linked with the SAMP and monitor and measure outputs from the SAMP implementation plan.  Other responsibilities will include:

  • Define  and set out asset management implementation plan and key outputs
  • Provide robust support the Commercial Property Director in achieving the aims
  • Prepare / present reports to committees, external bodies (public meetings, trust boards, external stakeholders, etc.) concerning strategy, programmes, budgets and outputs 
  • Manage the resolution of complex design / technical problems to provide safe, cost efficient solutions to achieve the best outcomes

This role will be for 5-6 months inside IR35 £450-£500 per day.  The closing date is Monday 20th May 2019 at 12pm.
