Leasehold Services Manager
A service block within the Council acts as the managing agent for all the Council’s existing land, property and infrastructure assets. Some of these services will be directly delivered by the service; others will be delivered through sub-contractors such as repairs and maintenance; refuse; street cleaning etc. You will contribute to the continuous improvement across key strategic priorities, reviewing and developing services with customers to increase customer satisfaction. The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance to all regulatory policy & procedural controls including all health and safety requirements, managing budget, lease sign off, performance of teams and individuals, complaints and changes in legislation in relation to homeowners and the service charge environment. The Leasehold Service Manager will:
- Provide support to the Transformation Lead Officer.
- Directly manage the Leasehold and Right to Buy Teams.
- Both oversee and directly deliver a range of service improvement projects.
This position will initially be for 6 months £450 per day inside IR35 Duration
