Assistant Director, Change
A Public Sector organisation is embarking on a significant programme of change over the next three years with a focus on increasing organisational capacity and capability and further improving the culture of the organisation. This post will require someone with significant Business and People change experience and some of the immediate tasks to be undertaken will include:
- An office move
- Embedding a trust based flexible working model
- Achieving the PAS3000 Smart Working standard as soon as possible
- Ensuring operational readiness for an EU Exit or No Deal
- Delivery of the IT strategy to enable smart, agile and flexible working
The closing date is Thursday 21st March 2019 at 5pm and the role is inside IR35 for 6 months with day rate dependent on experience.
