A leading London Council have identified a range of service improvements to fix a number of operational problems and intended to move the service to one where forward planning, performance management and compliance becomes the norm and non-performance is addressed. Running parallel is a corporate led programme of cultural change to cement a different way of thinking and behaving. They are seeking an Interim Deputy Director to:
- Provide support to the Director and Public Realm Services.
- Lead the Cultural Change programme for the Service.
- Directly manage the Business Development and Improvement Team.
- Both oversee and directly deliver a range of service improvement projects.
This role will be for 6 months inside IR35 and the day rate is dependent on experience. The closing date will be Friday 8th March 2019.
