We are working with a membership organisation based in the Midlands who are looking for an Interim HR Director. The organisation is going through a major change programme and need an interim with strong expertise in core HR functions as well as particular strengths in organisation design capability. The successful candidate will need to be very strategic and will be working very closely with the Change Programme Director.
Key areas of the role:
- Engaging with all the stakeholders in the change programme to make sure everything runs on time and to plan
- Defining key activities and building structures
- Looking at the pay and reward and benefits and liaising with the consultancy team in charge of it
Start date: Immediate
Day rate: £450 per day Outside IR35
4-6 Month Duration
