An organisation in London is seeking an Interim Economy Strategy Adviser until June on a competitive day rate. 

Purpose:
To develop a new approach to employment, skills and enterprise in the borough, under the umbrella of an overarching Economy Strategy. This is a new departure for the organisation and will help us secure better outcomes for our residents in this area. 

Experience:

  • Experience of developing and promoting local approaches to economic development.
  • Experience of working with a range of partners and stakeholders, including community and residents as well as politicians.
  • Understanding of the London and the local context.
  • Ability to invigorate and establish relationships with staff and key external partners/stakeholders to support the delivery of the strategy, encouraging cross organisation working and building a sense of place.
