A Council are seeking a suitably qualified property professional to complete a review of structure and roles within the in-house property team. The purpose is to develop a new recruitment strategy for a future team structure that meets the needs of the Council’s evolving portfolio. The review will extend to drafting detailed role descriptions and person specs, considering appropriate pay grades and terms to attract the right people to deliver this important Council function. Some of the key deliverables will be:
- Review current structure and roles in the context of the service function, future strategy and options.
- Provide recommendations on future structure to ensure the Council has a team and structure able to deliver the outlined objectives.
- Present recommendations for approval.
- Design detailed role profiles with person specs for roles once overall structure has been agreed.
The rate is outcomes based, outside IR35 and the closing date is Friday 1st February 2019
