We are working with a large charity based in London who are looking for a Director of Business Innovation and Insight to work closely with the CEO. The organisation are going through a large restructure for the first time in their history, the interim will be working with the top team to combine the following functions within the organisation:

  1. Strategy
  2. Policy
  3. Marketing, branding, stakeholder coordination and PR
  4. Innovation & Support
  5. Data and Insight

The successful candidate will help define and create the new strategy for the organisation and be experienced with a change programme.

You must have experience within the charity or public sector and have the following key skills:

  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of developing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at Director/Board level, as well as Ministers of the UK government and its devolved nations
  • Effective project management abilities with good financial management skills and proven ability to devise and manage budgets
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build high performing teams

Start: January 2019

Duration: 6 months

Day rate: Competitive
