Interim Project Manger
We are looking for an Interim Project Manger to manage the creation and implementation of a small directly employed MOT repairs service. In this role role you will need to set up and implement an in-house 'Property MOT' service to include staff recruitment, fleet procurement, developing a robust H&S framework and developing supply chains and all other associated elements. You will be working with the Repairs and Asset team to develop the initial programme of MOT's and implement appropriate policies and procedures associated with the MOT project. In principle this role represents bringing property repairs and maintenance services back in-house, under direct control of the social housing provider. Other duties will include:
- Working with the existing Repairs team to integrate process
- Work with other relevant teams to ensure appropriate governance is provided
- Hand over the project on implementation to a permanent Supervisor/manager
This role is within IR35 C£350 for 6 months. If you are interested in applying the closing date is 12pm Monday 10th December 2018.
