Interim Head of Mental Health - Adult's social care
The successful candidate will have to provide strategic leaderships and effective operational senior management for adults MH services, including the Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMPH) service. You will have to work in close partnership with the MH provider and the mental health trust. Some of the core duties will be to :
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation of services, developing an innovative and commercial approach within the specific service area and across the council
- Take responsibility as part of the leadership team for delivering the council budget and efficiencies, taking a corporate and joined up approach alongside robust and reliable service financial management.
- Ensure effective quality assurance and safeguarding for the services within your specific area of service responsibility.
- Ensure the s75 arrangements with partners are working and relevant and the councils delivers their responsibilities within the agreement
