We are working with a high profile national charity based in the South East of England who are looking for an Interim Head of Pay & Reward. The successful candidate will be a key member of the People & Cultural Leadership Team and will be working closely with the Director of People & Culture.

The key objectives:

  • Conduct a full review of the existing pay framework, provide recommendations to the Charity’s approach to job evaluation and associated pay framework to maintain consistency and fairness and assess appropriate methodologies and future proofing.
  • To provide strategic recommendations for the development and review of pay, reward, benefits and pension strategies.
  • Develop a pay & reward strategy to enable the Charity to attract and retain high performing employees and promote career progression.
  • Conduct cost analysis of the pay framework to thoroughly understand the financial impact of the framework since its implementation.

The successful candidate must be a Fellow or chartered member of CIPD or equivalent experience in specialist field.

 

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Day rate: Competitive
