Interim Trainer c£450
A Local Authority are looking for an Interim Trainer to help with the implementation of their Landlord Management Programme. You will be responsible for the preparing, organising and delivering training to over 600 staff in the use of Capita OPEN Housing (v15) and will report on progress to the Project Manager and Readiness Lead. This is an internal customer facing role and you must be able to support the business in navigating the challenges of having their core IT systems transformed. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Delivering training in Capita OPEN Housing (ideally in v15)
- Experience of designing content, training manuals and facilitating workshops and training staff on Capita OPEN
- Knowledge of working in a social housing environment, particularly in relation to the day to day delivery of housing management services
This role is for 6 months and c£450 and outside IR35. The closing date is Thursday 8th November 2018
