A University in the South East is looking for an Interim Regulatory Director or Director of Policy. The University is looking to develop a brand new Engineering programme so a separate legal entity and charity with its own degree-awarding powers will be created. It will also be accredited through appropriate Engineering Institutes.
The Key requirements for this role will be:
- Working with the Commercial lead and Interim COO develop the plan for the set up of the entity and related registrations including processes through the Office for Students including application for degree awarding powers
- Set up the registrations with HMRC, support governance development alongside the developing organisation structure and form – students, programme, quality assurance, business processes
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months
