An organisation based in Swindon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager on a competitive day rate for a period of 6 months.
This role will, as part of the Resourcing team, be responsible and accountable for the timely and cost effective delivery of recruitment and selection across UKRI. The role will be focussed upon the delivery of BAU resourcing which is around 300 – 400 vacancies p.a. across all functions, skillsets and levels.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Forensic focus upon processes and how they can be improved.
- CIPD qualification (level 5)
