We are working with a University in the South East/Central England area who are looking for an Interim Programme/Project Manager who will be working closely with the Director of Planning and Housing.
The role will involve managing various services and coordinating projects within the University Estates so excellent Internal and External stakeholder engagement will be key as you will be liaising between all the professional services and coordinating projects within the housing and estates team.
One of the key areas in this role will be looking at a new build of accommodation for staff and students.
Experience dealing with architects/surveyors/construction etc. will be necessary.
Day rate £450 – Outside IR35
Duration roughly 6 months with a chance of extension
