Are you an experienced leader with a strong track record in parking operations and strategic service delivery? This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a large, complex urban environment, driving transformation and innovation in parking services.

Contract Length:

Up to 6 months

Essential duties

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the strategic planning and delivery of parking policy and enforcement services.
  • Managing operational performance, budgets, and transformation projects.
  • Driving continuous improvement, digital innovation, and exemplary customer service.
  • Building strong partnerships internally and externally to deliver joined-up services.

Experience required

About you:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in parking or related services within a complex organisation.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
  • Ability to lead large teams and deliver service transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Availability to start this side of Christmas and open to a salaried, fixed term position

About the employer

As Interim Head of Parking, you will be the professional and commercial lead for all aspects of the service, overseeing a significant operational budget and income stream.

You’ll manage a large team and multiple contracts, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services that align with corporate priorities and deliver value for money.
