Interim Head of HR – NHS Organisation, East of England – Start ASAP – circa 12-Months – Inside IR35 – Band 8c

We are currently working with our Client, an NHS organisation based in the East of England, who are looking for a new Interim Head of HR.

This role is looking to start ASAP and will be for circa 12-months. The Interim Head of HR job will ideally be performed on a full-time basis.  Regarding remuneration, this role falls inside IR35 and is Band 8c, preferably via a Fixed Term Contract.  In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to have some weekly on-site presence.

Job Role - Reporting to the Director of HR, key duties will include;

  • Supporting the Director of HR with current workload and helping to work through any gaps
  • Assisting the organisation as they navigate themselves through some operational transactions

 

The Person - Successful candidates will need to have worked a similar role previously.  A background of working for an NHS organisation that has undergone vast transformation would be very desirable for this role.  The postholder will be expected to be a Fellow/Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) or have an equivalent qualification / experience.
