Predominantly based in the North West, our Chester HQ is supported by offices in Burnley and Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire.


As our new Executive Director – Customer Experience, reporting to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role across the Group, ensuring that our customers’ experience is second to none as we continually improve the quality of their homes, the services we offer and the neighbourhoods in which they live. As we are committed to delivering our latest corporate plan, which has “transforming our customer experience offer” at its core, it’s essential that we attract a talented and dynamic leader to help us deliver our exciting strategies and objectives.


Regardless of your sector experience, the key to success will be an affinity with our values, considerable drive and boundless enthusiasm to deliver every aspect of the customer journey. You will be an inspirational and energetic leader with a proven track record of transforming customer experience, providing easy to access multi-channel services, as well as developing and embedding improved customer communication and engagement. As either an aspiring or established Executive Director, you’ll have the skills to connect operational innovation to our strategic priorities, increasing our capacity to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
