We are a dynamic housing association operating in the West of England which owns and manages around 6,500 homes with an annual turnover of £47 million.  We are one of the largest providers of housing and support services in North Somerset driven by our mission of improving lives and benefiting the communities in which we operate.

This is an incredibly exciting time for our organisation as we start to deliver our new 5 year strategic plan ‘Plan A 2.0’ and continue our ambitious new build programme.  We are in a position of strength with the highest regulatory rating of G1/V1 which is complimented by an A1 credit risk grading.

We are looking for individuals who can enhance our Board, bringing a strong focus on modern customer centricity, good commercial acumen, and creative and diverse thought.
