Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust
At Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) we provide safe, compassionate and high quality care to over two million people living across London and Hertfordshire. Our four values above are at the heart of our approach, and our 4,000 staff provide a range of services to some of the most diverse communities in Europe.
We are rated as “Good” by the CQC and support patients at every stage of their lives, providing health visiting for new born babies, through to community nurse, stroke rehabilitation and palliative care for people at the end of their lives. We work across four ICSs, 12 London Boroughs and West Hertfordshire with a range of system partners and are committed to helping to reduce health inequalities alongside them.
Moving forward we know we have much still to do and our commitment to our patients and passion for improvement is unwavering. We recognise that it is only by continuing to focus on improvement through innovation, transformation and collaboration that we will achieve our ambitious vision for the future of our Trust and our patients. We are now seeking a Chief Medical Officer to join our executive team. Responsible for all aspects of medical leadership and governance, the appointed individual will take on a significant leadership role within the organisation, role modelling our values every day.
We are looking for an experienced medical leader with an understanding of how to build effective partnerships across a range of stakeholders. A skilled communicator, and truly corporate leader with an innovative, solutions focused approach, this is a role for an individual able to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and across organisational boundaries to support and enable ongoing, innovative programmes of transformational improvement. Clinically active, we ideally are looking for a generalist clinician who will understand the complexity of the services we provide.
