We are Accent Housing. We provide homes where they are most in need and do everything we can to improve people’s lives through safe, secure, quality affordable homes. We are a national housing provider with 22,000 homes spread over the North, East and South of the country, and are home to over 41,000 residents and their families.

Leading our People Team and with scope to create and shape our new Business Change Team you will join an organisation with the resources, ambition, and commitment for change.  The change programme you will lead will shift our culture significantly over the next three years. You will join a newly created senior team committed to delivering an organisational culture that is truly customers centric, challenging our existing ways of working to develop new and exciting services that will delight our customers. You will lead a programme that will set us apart as a truly service-based provider, establishing a culture of continuous improvement to respond astutely and financially responsibly to a constantly changing external environment and acute needs of our customers.
