As we deal with the long-term impact of Covid 19, we know that the future will be different, with continued pressures on services meaning further changes to the way we deliver these services to ensure the continued safety of our staff and service users.  An increased focus on improving value - the reality.  But against this shifting delivery context, one thing remains a constant - the Trust Board is clear that we must continue to be ambitious for our service users, staff and local populations.  This means working with them to provide safe, compassionate and recovery focused care. We are especially excited to be developing our programme to measurably improve population health and wellbeing. Our ambition is underpinned by our systematic approach to quality improvement, through embedding a culture of creativity, openness and co-production; one that is delivered by clinicians and front-line staff working meaningfully alongside those with lived experience.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Finance Officer to support us as we move forward in this next phase of our development.  As we move out of the pandemic, this role will play a key role in enabling the delivery of the highest standard of healthcare to patients, ensuring we remain a sustainable and innovative system partner.  With a track record of working in complex services, this is a role for an individual adept at translating national trends and developments into tangible, impactful improvements at a local level.  Above all else, we are seeking an inspirational, collaborative, values led person whose vision for health and social care, ambition for our Trust and commitment to our service users, carers and staff is aligned to our own.
